How vendor information appears

Updated April 2026

Why a vendor might appear here

  • We created this directory so couples in Ireland can discover trusted wedding professionals from day one.
  • Some unclaimed listings are added using information already available from public sources such as business websites, social profiles, and trade directories.
  • This helps couples find relevant suppliers while we invite each business to claim and manage its own profile.

What information we publish

  • Business name
  • Category, such as florist, photographer, band, or venue
  • County, town, or public service location
  • Website or public social media link where relevant
  • We do not publish private personal contact details without explicit permission.

How unverified listings are handled

  • Unverified listings display a clear banner showing that the profile is based on publicly available information.
  • Each listing links to this policy and to the relevant claim or removal flow.
  • Once a business owner verifies the profile, they can update details, upload imagery, and control how enquiries reach them.

Your choices and legal basis

  • Claim and update: Verify ownership to edit information, add imagery, and respond to enquiries.
  • Request changes: Tell us if anything is inaccurate and we will update it quickly.
  • Request removal: Prefer not to be listed? We will remove the profile upon request.
  • We rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and keep the published information limited to what is necessary and publicly relevant.
