- Information and content you submit must be lawful, accurate, and genuinely connected to your use of the platform.
Listings, plans, and payments
- Supplier listing plans, visibility, and feature access depend on the current plan assigned to the account or listing.
- Plan changes, billing states, and payment outcomes are governed by the live payment-provider events we receive.
- Paid subscriptions renew on their billing cycle unless they are cancelled in line with the plan settings shown in the portal.
Updates and responsibilities
- We may improve, adjust, or update parts of the platform and these terms from time to time.
- We expect customers and suppliers to use the platform in good faith and to keep submitted information accurate and up to date.
- If a term needs clarification, the latest published version on this page is the one that applies.
